All customized products are ineligible for return. However, if your product incurred damage during shipping, please email Kait & Crowne Collections at contact@kaitandcrowne.com within 48 hours of when the product was received.

Shipping

All in-stock inventory will take 3-5 business days to prepare for shipment.

All made-to-order items will take 1-3 weeks to be prepared for you before it is shipped.

For all international orders, all customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

Please email us at contact@kaitandcrowne.com to initiate a return.

Made-to-Order items are eligible for store exchange ONLY and must be returned within 14 days. No refunds may be issued. If Kait & Crowne no longer has the necessary fabric available to complete a product exchange, the order will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Customized, personalized products are ineligible for return or refund.

All other ready-to-ship products may be returned/refunded if returned within 14 days of receipt. The refund will be issued once the product is back in the Kait & Crowne studio and has passed inspection.

Products must be returned in original packing, with tags still attached, in brand new, unused condition. (Please do not try on your garment while wearing purfume or products that can leave residue, like makeup or deoderant.) Kait & Crowne Collections reserves the right to deny a credit or refund for items that clearly do not meet these specifications (apart from damage caused by shipping). Kindly allow your returned item a chance at a second life with another customer by keeping it in its new state. You are part of our team effort in reducing waste in the fashion industry!
