Refund policy

Cancellation/Return/Refund Policy 

All orders that Kait & Crowne has begun cutting may not be cancelled.
All custom, sale, and resale items are final sale and may not be returned/refunded.

Kait & Crowne has a 7-day return/exchange policy, which means the customer has 7 days after receiving the item to request an exchange/return for eligible products. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns.

Exchanges: Exchanges will be initiated once Kait & Crowne has received the original item being exchanged. If Kait & Crowne no longer has the necessary fabric available to complete the exchange, the order will be handled on an individual basis. Customers are responsible to pay for shipping the original item back to our office, but Kait & Crowne will cover shipping the new item (for domestic purchases only).

Please email Kait & Crowne at contact@kaitandcrowne.com to initiate an alteration, including details and photos of problems. 

Please avoid trying on garments while wearing perfume, lotions, or other products that can remain on the item and render it unsellable when returned. Garments in such condition will not be eligible for an exchange.

 Customers are responsible for shipping costs involved in returning an item for exchange/return.

Ready-to-Ship Products: All other ready-to-ship products may be returned/refunded if returned within 7 days of receipt. The refund will be issued once the product is back in the Kait & Crowne studio and has passed inspection.

Exchanges

New items (or in-stock fabric for made-to-order pieces) will not be reserved for exchanges while a return is still en route to Kait & Crowne Collections. Once a returned product has been received and processed, exchanges may proceed based upon current inventory levels. (So ship your lovely piece back to us at your earliest convenience!) If the newly requested item is unavailable, the customer may choose between a refund or store credit. We will do all in our power to secure an exchange, but it is not guaranteed.

Kait & Crowne Collections will cover the shipping costs of the newly exchanged item (for domestic purchases only), but not the shipping costs to return the original item.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours of product arrival if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Damage claims will be handled on an individual basis.


European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
