Shipping

All in-stock inventory will take 3-5 business days to prepare for shipment.

All made-to-order items will take 2-3 weeks to be prepared for you before it is shipped.

For all international orders, all customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will happily take returns within 14 days of product delivery.

Customized, personalized products are ineligible for return or refund.

Products returned within 14 days are eligible for either store credit or complete refund. Products returned after the 14 day window will only receive store credit.

Products must be returned in original packing, with tags still attached, in brand new, unused condition. (Please do not try on your garment while wearing purfume or products that can leave residue, like makeup or deoderant.) Kait & Crowne Collections reserves the right to deny a credit or refund for items that clearly do not meet these specifications (apart from damage caused by shipping). Kindly allow your returned item a chance at a second life with another customer by keeping it in its new state. You are part of our team effort in reducing waste in the fashion industry!
